Patient receiving non-invasive TMS treatment

Our Treatment-Resistant Depression Options Services

Explore non-invasive, clinically guided options for persistent depression when conventional medication approaches have not delivered enough relief.

TRD Treatment

A comprehensive evaluation and individualized plan for people with ongoing depression after two or more antidepressant medication trials, using non-invasive brain stimulation to support improved daily functioning.

Deep TMS Depression

BrainsWay Deep TMS uses targeted magnetic stimulation of mood-related brain circuits. Depression appointments take about 30 minutes in the office, with no anesthesia, surgery, or recovery period required.

Theta Burst Therapy

Theta Burst Stimulation delivers brief magnetic pulse patterns for appropriate depression patients. Its shorter sessions can make treatment easier to fit around work, family, and other daily responsibilities.

Evidence-Based Care

A Different Approach to Persistent Depression

Treatment-resistant depression does not mean hope is exhausted. After a thoughtful clinical evaluation, our team helps Boulder patients explore whether Deep TMS or another appropriate option fits their history, symptoms, and goals. Treatment is outpatient and non-invasive, and existing prescriptions can generally continue unchanged during the protocol under the guidance of your prescribing clinician. We prioritize coordinated, patient-centered care at every step.

They went on to complete additional training in Functional Medicine, with the goal of offering patients greater insight into the physical factors contributing to their symptoms, as well as training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, which they encourage as a healing technique alongside medication management. Dr. Dasler is passionate about treating depression and ADHD, utilizing medication together with skill-building in their sessions to help patients maximize their potential. Their extensive experience also includes treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD, and they are a strong advocate for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) as an effective non-medicative approach. Believing firmly in the mind-body connection, Dr. Dasler strives to address both aspects to deliver truly holistic, patient-centered care. Patients will find them a warm, compassionate provider who genuinely listens and works in partnership with them to find an effective treatment plan, while remaining sensitive to financial or insurance coverage factors that may impact care.
